I skied the NW Couloir of Mt Burgess yesterday with Kevin Rohn, and lucked out with some of the best steep skiing conditions I’ve ever had. It’s not often you get faceshots on this kind of thing! Good beta can be found here, a second station has since been added and the rappels can be done with a 60m rope. The climbing steps were short lived thin scrappy ice and rock.
The day was foggy and I didn’t get a good photo of the peak. Borrowed from Jon Walsh.

All in all a fantastic day in the mountains.
